The Company does not collect any information beyond what is necessary to provide the Service to Users.

• Provision of job matching and notification services to Users
• Analysis of User CV/resume documents to improve job recommendations
• Transmission of email notifications regarding relevant job opportunities to Users

The Company implements industry-standard security measures to protect User Personal Data:

• File storage system: Firebase Storage
• Cloud infrastructure provider: Digital Ocean
• All Personal Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest
• Access to Personal Data is restricted to authorized Company personnel only

5. Artificial intelligence processing

The Company utilizes Open AI ChatGPT Large Language Model to analyze User CV files and enhance job matching capabilities. This automated processing:

• Excludes personal identifiers such as name, surname, phone number, email address, and other personal information from the CV during processing
• Extracts relevant skills and professional experience from User CV documents
• Matches User profiles with suitable job opportunities
• Improves recommendation accuracy through machine learning
• Does not share User Personal Data with third-party AI providers

6. Third-party service providers

The Company engages the following third-party service providers to facilitate the operation of the Service:

• Stripe, Inc. - Payment processing services
• Digital Ocean - Cloud infrastructure services
• Firebase Storage - File storage services
• Open AI ChatGPT Large Language Model - Artificial intelligence processing services

Data Sharing Policy: We do not share user data with any third parties

Advertising Policy: We do not use user data for advertising purposes

7. User rights

Users have the following rights concerning their Personal Data:

• Request deletion of CV files
• Request deletion of account and all associated data
• Access all personal data we store about you
• Correct any inaccurate information

8. Data retention

The Company retains User Personal Data only for the duration necessary to provide the Service. User data can be deleted upon request to our customer support.

• Personal Data associated with active User accounts is retained for the duration of account activity
• User CV files may be deleted at any time upon User request
• Following account deletion, all Personal Data is permanently removed within 30 days
• Certain anonymized data may be retained for Service improvement purposes

9. Age restrictions

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 16 years of age. If the Company discovers that Personal Data has been collected from an individual under 16, such data will be deleted immediately.

10. International data transfers

User Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than Germany. The Company ensures that appropriate safeguards are implemented to protect User Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws.
